Coworking isn't about simply renting office space or hot-desking. it's
about being a part of a community, where people who work for themselves can also have some of the advantages of being part of a team. The coworking space here at nti Leeds' Old Broadcasting House at Leeds Metropolitan is home to a community of start-ups  and freelancers working with all things digital, who share values of openness, collobaoration, and mutual support.

The biggest benefit of coworking here is the new opportunities that come from working alongside members whose skills complement yours. Collaborating with others to form new comapnies; getting input and feedback; introductions and referrals are just a few examples. At any one time our membership will have a mix of people starting out, people who are moving from their home office to a more profesisonal space, as well as more experienced and established members. It's this mix that makes our space unique.

We support a range of events from grassroots groups such as LinuxChix, GeekUp, Hackspace, Girl Geeks, Agile Yorkshire & WYLUG, as well as hosting guest speakers such as Fred Wilson, Steve Johnson, Rory McLeish and Dan Meth. We believe in all forms of learning, from specialist training to informal peer-based networking.
